New Delhi: BJP MP G.V.L. Narasimha Rao raised concerns during the zero-hour about remarks made by Opposition leaders in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, calling for FIRs against them and their immediate dismissal.

He highlighted comments from Udayanidhi Stalin, who reportedly stated that Sanatana Dharma should be “eliminated” as it was incompatible with social justice. Rao also flagged statements from DMK leader K. Ponmudi, who mentioned an alliance against Sanatana Dharma.

Rao questioned whether this was the agenda of INDIA bloc and accused the leaders of attempting to outrage religious sentiment. He urged the Tamil Nadu government to dismiss the Ministers and file FIRs against them, emphasizing the comments’ unconstitutionality and potential danger to the country.
